When using Elmony, you agree not to:

• Access or scrape data from accounts you don’t own.
• Disable or bypass security protections.
• Impersonate others or submit fraudulent reports.
• Upload or transmit malware of any kind.
• Disrupt or overload the Services or their infrastructure.
• Harass or threaten other users or Elmony staff.
• Use the Services in a way that violates applicable law.

Enforcement
