Integrations
Stripe
Stripe is the standard payment integration for Elmony websites. Mobile apps should normally use RevenueCat for App Store and Google Play billing; direct Stripe mobile checkout is an advanced option for eligible custom payment flows.
Global or project configuration
Use Global Stripe
Configure reusable test and live accounts under Settings → Integrations, then select which mode the app uses.
Use Project Stripe
Save a separate Stripe account override when the project must not share the global credentials.
Configure payments
- Open the web project in Builder and select Payments.
- Choose the global or project Stripe source.
- Connect Test mode and select it for preview checkout.
- Implement and verify the checkout, webhook, fulfillment, and failure flows.
- Connect Live mode only when production products and webhooks are ready.
- Switch the app to Live immediately before the production launch and run a small real transaction.
Manual fallback
If the Stripe connection cannot fill the values, the advanced setup accepts an account ID, publishable key, secret key, and webhook secret for each mode. Keep secret and webhook keys out of browser code and source control; use them only in server-side code or protected environment configuration.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm that publishable, secret, and webhook keys all belong to the selected test or live mode.
- Use Stripe's event log to check webhook delivery and server responses.
- Do not mix test products, price IDs, or customers with a live-mode connection.
- If a project should use a different account, switch to Project Stripe rather than changing a global account used by other apps.
